grey hair at 14?? uhh;; well the main reason could be stress. my cousin is 26 and is a pharmacist but has alotttt of gray hair[[doesnt run in the family]]. or it could be something else…cause ma friend who is 11 had gray hair, but it was a form of a birth mark or something. she said she had it since she was a baby. but she has birthmarks everyone on her body;;even a huge one on her tummy.

My mom is 45 and she has NO Grey hairs yet
its still jet black
and she doesn’t dye her hair because she’s scared that it will make it turn Grey.
so anytime i guess

There really isn’t any certain time. It’s mostly a result from either years of stress or extreme stress. There really isn’t anything you can do about shedding hair.

some people it’s hereditary they can get it at age 16 or younger.
you can’t prevent it.stress also brings greys early.

when you start worrying alot when you get older then you become wiser thats when youll see grey streaks coming in

I had a sister who had a few grey hairs at 13. Pull them out since they are random at this point. But once you reach like 30, that’s a whole different story.
