I had a sister who had a few grey hairs at 13. Pull them out since they are random at this point. But once you reach like 30, that’s a whole different story.

gay hair at 14?? uhh;; well the main reason could be stress. my cousin is 26 and is a pharmacist but has alotttt of gray hair[[doesnt run in the family]]. or it could be something else…cause ma friend who is 11 had gray hair, but it was a form of a birth mark or something. she said she had it since she was a baby. but she has birthmarks everyone on her body;;even a huge one on her tummy.
