dsedarisfan asked:
What type of color should I use to cover my gray hairs?
I have African American relaxed hair and I have a few grays.
I want to cover the gray but I don’t want to damage my hair anymore than I have to.
I’ve had rinses but they seem to fade too quickly.
I don’t need to know ‘what’ color but what type of color (a rinse, highlights, etc) would be the least damaging to my relaxed hair while still giving me lasting gray coverage.
Is there a way of reversing gray hair or to stop gray hair for good?

Why don’t you dye it black or dark brown, or a colour similar to yours and just the roots? Also use conditioners and hair masks, so that you don’t damage your hair.
I’m not sure if there is a way to reverse gray hair
well , if there is only a few , then just try something light on your hair .
if there is a lot , get it done professionally , it won’t ruin your hair because they no what they are doing .
trust me , from dying my hair , I got it all fried out .
so be careful with it .
try putting in some highlights a few shades lighter than your natural. This will blend in the greys.
Many are not aware that henna powder with indigo leaves powder combination gives you a natural hair colour. It is chemical free and natural hair dye.Check
Hair colors does not hide the gray either. In a few weeks the gray pops back in. That is why I stopped coloring my hair.
I use Clairol Texture & Tones Hair color for African American Women. The color I decided on was Cherrywood.
color it the color of your natural hair if you must get a color in your hair
use a color that is a little lighter than your non-grayish hair so you dont totally freeze everybody when they see you the next day.
