Prevent Gray Hair

Is it possible to stop gray hair from growing with just shampoo? Well, it’s hard to say because it all depends on what is used to make the shampoo. Some types of shampoos are made specifically for people with a lot of gray hair and some have been said to have a proven track record that actually helps prevent gray hair.

It has been said that Omega 3 really helps in preventing gray hair from growing at an early stage. What they’re saying is that they probably won’t turn gray hair back into black/brown/blonde, but if you use the Omega 3 shampoo from early on, you may be able to prevent gray hair from growing when you’re older.

The best way to prevent this malady from hitting you when you hit the 30’s or older, it’s best to start with proper hair care and eating the right type of food in the right amount! It sounds so basic that it’s embarrassing to even write it down. But you’ll be surprised. Some people don’t realize that gray hair has a lot to do the food we eat, the work we do for a living and the number of hours sleep we get each night. It even has something to do with your father or mother too. That’s right, everything listed above have something to do with going gray. If you really want to prevent gray hair from growing when you’re older, start with the right diet. Then move on to exercise. Prevention is the best medicine. If you don’t fancy sporting gray hair when you’re older, then do what is right now.
But there really isn’t anything wrong with having gray hair – in fact, it’s an IN thing, right now. So, I say, instead of fighting off gray hair, why not stop preventing it and celebrate it?
