what will be the differnce between everyday and alternate day shave?

kay heres the deal i am 16 (indian) yes the most hairiest race…i just started using a electric razor everyday …..my mom says that if i use a razor my facial hair will become more thick …..even i am scared that i will become more hairy ….acc about the grey/green stubble u get even after shaving like my cousin has …..luckily i want to prevent more hair growth ..not like chmicals or creams or anything ..i want to knw hw hair grows and does it become accustomed to grow for how u shave ….like u shave everyday then u get more ….u shave aternate days u get less since it grows little before it gets cut ….or once a week …??????
