Grey hairs at age 20?

I’m a 20 year old male and have found a few grey hairs on my head. I don’t think it’s that noticeable yet, but I think at age 20 I shouldn’t being seeing grey hairs yet. My fear is that before I graduate college I’ll have numerous noticeable grey hairs. What can I do to prevent them from coming in so soon? How well does hair dye work? How about just for men? Does that work pretty well? help!!!!
I do not smoke at all, though I do sometime hang out with smokers. My father is in his late 50 and mostly grey, but still has alot of black hair. I have an uncle on my mom’s side who went grey fast, but oddly enough he was the only one to go grey that fast out of 7 siblings! Also, I don’t think I’m that stressed. Everyone gets stressed at some point, but I’m not constantly stressed. I usually am just easy going and I go with the flow.

it might be because you’re stressed, because most people usually get it that way. just calm down, and relax more, just as long as it doesnt get u in trouble lol

Don’t worry about the Grey hair. I’m 23 and have couple myself. If it is really bothering you just go to a stylist and have them dye your hair. They can suggest what’s best. Put it this way, Steve Martin went Grey before he was even thirty (completely Grey) and that didn’t get him down. It’ll be OK, trust me.

Well, It could be hereditary, but don’t worry. You’re not the only one with this problem. People get gray hair at different ages. Just keep using hair dye, I guess Just for Men would be a good choice. But don’t worry about it. No big deal.

when i was in junior high, i had a female classmate with grey hair and she didnt care even if she looked different..

I dont know. I knew a guy back in 7th GRADE (no lie) that had some gray hairs. I have no idea! it was kinda salt n peppa but not too much. maybe your hair lacks some pigment or is fading??
