I am 26 and have quite a bit of gray hair.
I started seeing a little at 19 and it has continued from there.
I just wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem and I’d like to know how to stop grey hair from growing.

I am 25 years old and starting getting gray hair around 21 when I found out I was pregnant. It has since gotten more predominant. The only thing I know is that you can ask your mother, it could be hereditary.
18. I think most people start getting gray hair around then. It’s just more noticeable on people with dark hair.
I hear you. I started getting grays at 25; not too much, just enough to know it was there and annoy me. Now, ten years later, I have streaks but it’s not too out of hand. Plus, it can be covered with color if it really annoys you. I was concerned as well and did some digging around; turns out premature graying can be signs of a damaged immune system and/or autoimmune disorders (which I have via Hashimoto’s hypothroidism). Talk to your doc to see if could be a result of an underlying disorder. Good luck.

early thirties here…….which was about 20 years ago now. I became a regular card-carrying shopper at Sally’s at that time. I found a great color mix and learned how to do it myself, so it doesn’t cost an arm & a leg like it would at a salon.
I started getting gray hair at 25. I had a child and it got worse. My hair turned darker. This makes my gray hair more noticeable so I color my hair. It isn’t to cover the gray it’s to get my hair to my natural hair color.

I started graying when I was 16 and now that I am 41, the gray shows no mercy. No problem to me because I’m glad to live long enough to see gray on my head.
I first noticed about age 28.. I am 32 now- and got alot more.. silver hair! I dye my hair red and cover it.. but eventually will let it all come out..
I started at age 16. It is not considered a problem, it is hereditary passed down in your family’s genes.
